For those fortunate enough to be partners with Microsoft (such as we were blessed to be), the new Action Packs will be arriving on our Malaysian shores soon, and this release is heavily focused on radical upgrades and improvements for Vista. As the Download Squad reports, some of these exciting features include:
- Improved performance in calculating the ‘estimated time remaining’.
- Improved performance in bringing up Login Screen from Hibernation.
- Resolved issues with loss of Gateway addresses.
- Improved performance when copying or moving large data.
- Improved reliability of systems that were upgraded from XP to Vista.
- Increased compatibility with many printer drivers.

Our action pack arrived yesterday (Tuesday the 31st of July), but we have not yet opened it up and looked inside…
Been crazy hectic and trying to patch-up Vista is not one of our main priorities at the moment, even though it probably should be as it is really starting to tick Spencer and Shannon (our new intern) off…
Will post again once we have opened them up and taken a peep at what’s on offer…
