Perhaps Trulia will be an inspiration for the rest of the world, for they have taken the Google Earth API and used it in some very exciting and bold ways that bring some much needed AJAX based interactivity to an otherwise stale marketplace.

Let’s hope that this is inspiration enough for others (specifically within the Asian market) to duplicate this funky new toy and bring us something all very cool to play with.

The only thing missing is the fact that Google Earth is useless in Asia!
