As requested by a client, and now available for anyone else using @Mail webmail services, here are some useful tips for anyone wanting to share their address book with other users from their domain.

Click on a contact from your Address Book, and then click on the small square as labeled by the FIRST step in the picture below:

Then a pop-up will appear allowing you to click on the “Permissions” tab and either select each user you would like to see that particular contact, or selecting the entire group.

Once these steps have been completed for each contact you wish to share, others can find these contacts by following the SECOND step of the initial diagram shown above.
