The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (MDTCA), with the support of the Business Software Alliance (BSA), has launched SIKAP TULEN on the 24th July 2007. The aim of the campaign includes cultivating a lifestyle that respects IP, and changing of behavior and mindset to use only original and licensed software.
The campaign has 6 components with key objectives under them:

Sikap Tulen Professional aims at building a generation of professionals to remain above board, be convinced of using only original software, be ethical and moral professionals.

Sikap Tulen Pangarah or Director aims at developing company directors as IPR champions. As owners of companies, they are fully aware of their responsibilities as directors and the legal consequences to them and the company they represent.

Sikap Tulen Syarikat or Company aims at helping companies implement processes and policies such as SAM to nurture a Sikap Tulen culture in the workplace.

Sikap Tulen Masyarakat or Society aims at educating consumers on benefits of using original and licensed software and stop patronage of counterfeit software.

Sikap Tulen IT Mallaims at educating IT Malls and stores to be piracy-free and stop selling counterfeit software.

Ops Tulen is year-round enforcement aimed at enforcing the Malaysia Copyright Act 1987 and takes action against those who continue to flout the law after repeated warnings.
